Meet Zach

I started Southern Property Services (SPS) in 2015, during high school, with a few of my buddies, and what began as a small lawn care operation has since evolved into one of the leading landscape companies in the Metro Atlanta area. My background in construction and passion for entrepreneurship have allowed me to grow SPS rapidly since 2015, assembling a team of skilled professionals and shifting our focus from lawn care to larger-scale commercial and residential landscape installations.

Client relationships are at the heart of what we do. I take pride in collaborating with clients to bring their vision to life, ensuring that every project not only meets but exceeds expectations. The growth we’ve experienced has been incredible, and I’m excited about the future of SPS as we continue to expand and take on new challenges, always striving to elevate the outdoor spaces we create.

Office Manager

Meet Brittany

Brittany is the Office Manager at Southern Property Services, keeping daily operations organized and customers informed throughout their projects. She schedules estimate appointments, coordinates project scheduling with the team, handles invoices and payment communication, and follows up with customers on their proposals. Working closely with vendors, and the sales and field teams, she helps keep communication clear from the first inquiry through completion.

Raised in Freehome, Georgia, Brittany grew up riding horses and spending countless hours in her grandparents’ garden. Those roots shaped her love of the outdoors and supporting local growers, a passion she shares through FarmDoor a community she created. She now calls Canton home with her family. Outside of work, she’s a proud baseball mom of two boys and a dog lover who enjoys photography, gardening, farmers markets, and Ella Langley on repeat!

Meet Juan

With over 20 years of experience in landscaping, I have worked my way up from a laborer to a management position. As the Operations Manager at Southern Property Services (SPS), I am skilled in leading and scheduling multiple crews, and my deep expertise in horticulture and plant materials has allowed me to continually expand my knowledge and capabilities.

Throughout my career, I’ve managed high-end commercial and residential properties, overseeing quality control for maintenance, hardscapes, flower beds, turf, and trees/shrubs. I have also managed irrigation systems and coordinated with support departments to address issues such as pests, diseases, and irrigation challenges.

Working closely with managers and crews, I focus on customer interaction, retention, and sales development. I take great pride in being part of the SPS team and in creating beautiful, thriving landscapes that enhance our clients’ properties for years to come.

Relationships are the driving force behind everything I do. With an extensive background in customer service, customer relations, and sales, I hold customer satisfaction in the highest regard.

While I have three degrees in business, my true passion lies in design, building, and renovation. You’ll often find me turning wrenches or digging in the dirt, fully immersed in the process of creation.

My favorite part of the job is listening to a customer’s needs, understanding their vision, and helping them transform their space into a place they’ll love and enjoy for years to come.

A first-generation landscaper with 15 years of commercial experience, Armando is known for meticulous detail and follow-through. Born in Warner Robins and raised in Athens, GA (Go Dawgs!), he treats every site like his own—showing up prepared, finishing clean, and going the extra mile for clients. Faith and family ground him; his favorite title is husband to Ashley and dad to Rush.
